Internal Evaluators

The internal evaluation is aimed at determining the effectiveness of OREGON STATE ADVANCE to catalyze institutional transformation by examining:

  1. How voluntary and repeated exposure to OREGON STATE ADVANCE activities contributes to institutional members' intrapersonal commitment to institutional transformation that addresses equity, inclusion, and social justice for women in academic STEM.
  2. How implementation of and repeated exposure to OREGON STATE ADVANCE activities contributes to transforming Oregon State University's symbolic and institutional contexts (policies, conditions, and systemic practices) to be equitable, inclusive and socially just for women in STEM.
