Research question

Will participating in the DPD seminar empower and motivate institutional leaders and faculty members to actively contribute to campus climate transformation (through improving their interpersonal interactions)?

Hypothesis One

1a.  Women STEM faculty who complete the DPD seminar will have greater awareness and understanding of the power relationships in which they are emerged than similarly situated women STEM faculty who did not participate.

1b. Women STEM faculty who complete the DPD seminar will report a greater sense of efficacy in managing professional interactions and challenging structural/cultural barriers than similarly situated women STEM faculty who did not participate.
